By accessing or using the NFTverse platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use NFTverse, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be on any restricted or prohibited lists
• Not be a resident of prohibited jurisdictions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet credentials
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access

NFTverse does not custody your assets and cannot recover lost private keys or reverse transactions.

4. Platform Services

NFTverse provides a marketplace platform that enables:

• Discovery and display of NFTs
• Peer-to-peer transactions between buyers and sellers
• Tools for creators to mint and list NFTs
• Community features and social interactions

NFTverse is not a party to any transactions and makes no representations about NFT authenticity, quality, or legality.

5. NFT Transactions

5.1 Purchasing NFTs

When purchasing NFTs:

• You acquire the NFT as defined by its smart contract
• NFT ownership is recorded on the blockchain
• Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise specified
• All sales are final unless required by law

5.2 Selling NFTs

When selling NFTs:

• You must have all necessary rights to sell the NFT
• You authorize NFTverse to display and market your NFT
• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• You are responsible for accurate listing information

6. Fees and Payments

NFTverse charges the following fees:

• Transaction Fee: 2.5% of the sale price
• Creator Royalty: Up to 10% (set by creator)
• Gas Fees: Network transaction costs

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All Platform content (excluding user NFTs) is owned by NFTverse and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 NFT Content

Ownership of an NFT does not necessarily grant rights to the underlying content. Rights are determined by:

• The NFT's smart contract terms
• Any additional licenses provided by the creator
• Applicable copyright laws

Creators represent they have all necessary rights to mint and sell their NFTs.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• List stolen or unauthorized content
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Use bots or automated purchasing tools
• Circumvent Platform fees or security measures
• Harass or discriminate against others
• Spread misinformation or malicious content

9. Disclaimers

NFTverse provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• NFT authenticity, value, or legality
• Accuracy of any content or listings
• That the Platform will meet your requirements

You assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency and NFT transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFTverse shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
• Errors, bugs, or platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your wallet
• Changes in NFT value or market conditions
• Third-party actions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NFTverse and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your NFT transactions or content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Termination

NFTverse may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Platform security concerns

You may stop using the Platform at any time, but these Terms will continue to apply to past transactions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
