Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Serenity Spa & Wellness's services, website, or booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Services

Serenity Spa & Wellness provides various spa and wellness services including but not limited to massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness consultations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift certificates. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.

4. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

5. Health Considerations

It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect your service. Some treatments may not be advisable for certain medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may jeopardize your health or safety.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and health information provided to Serenity Spa will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Serenity Spa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Serenity Spa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Serenity Spa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Serenity Spa is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
