For general wellness and stress management, we recommend a massage every 4-6 weeks. If you're dealing with specific issues like chronic pain or injury recovery, more frequent sessions (every 1-2 weeks) may be beneficial initially. Your therapist will help create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.

Most people undress completely for their massage, as this allows the therapist to work more effectively. You will be properly draped with a sheet and blanket at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. If you prefer to leave some clothing on, wear something comfortable that won't restrict movement. Your comfort is our priority.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to complete any necessary paperwork, change, and begin relaxing before your session. Arriving late will limit the time of your massage, as we must end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client.

Yes, there are some medical conditions where massage may not be appropriate.
