How many photos do I get per product?

Our standard package includes 3-5 shots per product (front, back, angle, detail). Additional views can be added for an extra fee. For e-commerce, we typically provide white background shots plus one lifestyle shot.

Do I need to send products to your studio?

Yes, for most product photography, you'll need to ship products to our studio. We provide secure storage and careful handling. For large or fragile items, we can discuss on-location shooting at your facility.

What file formats do you deliver?

We deliver high-resolution JPEG files suitable for web and print. For e-commerce, we also provide optimized web versions (72 DPI). TIFF files and other formats are available upon request.

Can you remove backgrounds from product photos?

Yes, we specialize in clean white background removal for e-commerce. We can also create custom shadows or place products on different backgrounds as needed.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We don't have a strict minimum, but for individual product shoots, we recommend at least 5 products to make the session cost-effective. For bulk orders (50+ products), we offer significant discounts.
