How many photographers do we need for our event?

For events with 0-100 guests, one photographer is usually sufficient. For 100-300 guests, we recommend two photographers. For events with 300+ guests or multiple concurrent activities, three or more photographers ensure comprehensive coverage.

How soon after the event will we receive our photos?

We deliver a preview selection within 48 hours. Full galleries with edited photos are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Rush editing services are available for faster turnaround.

Do you work with event planners and other vendors?

Yes, we regularly coordinate with event planners, venues, and other vendors. We're happy to join planning meetings and ensure seamless integration with your event team.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit but can be applied to future events within 12 months.

Can you accommodate special lighting conditions or challenging venues?

Absolutely. We come prepared with professional lighting equipment for any situation. We also conduct venue visits before major events to plan for optimal photography in any lighting condition.
