Do I need special qualifications to volunteer?
Most volunteer positions don't require special qualifications—just a willingness to help! Some specialized roles (medical, engineering, etc.) may require certifications, which will be specified in the position description.
Can I volunteer remotely or internationally?
Yes! We offer both remote volunteer opportunities (social media, translation, administrative support) and international volunteer programs. International placements typically require a minimum 3-month commitment.

Our Programs

How do you select communities for your programs?
We conduct needs assessments in collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Selection is based on poverty levels, lack of basic services, and community willingness to participate in sustainable development.
How long do your projects typically last?
Project duration varies: emergency relief (1-6 months), infrastructure projects (6-24 months), and education/health programs (ongoing with 3-5 year development phases).
Do you work with local partners?
Absolutely. We partner with local NGOs, community-based organizations, and government agencies to ensure cultural appropriateness and sustainable impact. 80% of our field staff are hired locally.
