1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TechFix Pro's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TechFix Pro.

2. Services Description

TechFix Pro provides computer, mobile device, and tablet repair services including but not limited to:

  • Screen replacements and repairs
  • Battery replacements
  • Hardware diagnostics and repairs
  • Software troubleshooting and installation
  • Data recovery services
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Device performance optimization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Limitations and Warranties

3.1. Service Limitations

While we strive to repair all devices brought to us, there are circumstances where a device may not be repairable due to:

  • Extensive physical or liquid damage
  • Obsolete or unavailable parts
  • Manufacturer restrictions or security features
  • Economic impracticality of repair

3.2. Service Warranties

TechFix Pro provides the following warranties on our repairs:

Screen Replacements 90 days Defects in materials or workmanship
Battery Replacements 180 days Defective batteries and installation
Hardware Repairs 60 days Repaired components and labor
Software Services 30 days Reoccurrence of the same issue

Warranties do not cover new damage, liquid exposure, physical abuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Data Backup

Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair. TechFix Pro is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.

4.2. Device Preparation

Before submitting your device for repair, you must:

  • Remove all passwords, security codes, and Find My iPhone/Device features
  • Back up all important data
  • Remove any cases, covers, or accessories
  • Disclose any previous repair attempts or modifications

4.3. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover unpaid repair costs, after providing reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Digital Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank Transfers (for business accounts)

5.2. Payment Timing

Payment is due upon completion of repairs before device pickup. For extensive repairs requiring expensive parts, a deposit may be required.

5.3. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time. However, the price quoted at the time of service initiation will be honored for that specific repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechFix Pro's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TechFix Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TechFix Pro and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our services or website, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit devices containing illegal content or materials
  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TechFix Pro. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
