3. Appointments and Cancellations

5. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Before leaving your vehicle with us:

• AquaShine is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle

Our staff will conduct a pre-service inspection with you to document the vehicle's condition.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or mechanical issues
• Claims for damages must be reported before leaving our facility
• We are not liable for acts of nature, vandalism, or theft that occur on our premises
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service:

• Notify us immediately upon completion of service or within 24 hours
• We will re-perform the service at no additional charge
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be partial or full depending on the circumstances

9. Gift Cards and Packages
