By using RoyalWall's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and RoyalWall ("Company") regarding the provision of painting and wallpaper installation services.
2. Service Provision
RoyalWall agrees to provide professional painting and wallpaper installation services as described in the service proposal or quotation provided to the Client.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment terms are as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of services
- Additional charges may apply for changes requested after work has commenced
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled start date: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled start date: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled start date: No refund
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to the property at agreed times
- Remove fragile items and valuables from work areas
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas
- Provide necessary information about the property (e.g., previous paint types, surface conditions)
6. Warranty and Guarantee
RoyalWall provides a 2-year warranty on workmanship for all services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
- Damage caused by the Client, pets, or third parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance
- Issues arising from structural problems or water damage
7. Liability
RoyalWall carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, the Company's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. RoyalWall is not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Damage to items not removed from work areas
- Issues arising from pre-existing structural or surface conditions
Important: While we take every precaution, we recommend removing valuable or sentimental items from work areas before our team arrives.
8. Materials and Products
RoyalWall uses premium quality paints and materials. The Client may:
- Request specific brands or products (additional charges may apply)
- Provide their own materials (warranty may be voided for Client-provided materials)
RoyalWall is not responsible for color variations between samples and final application due to lighting conditions or surface textures.
9. Scheduling and Delays
While we strive to adhere to agreed schedules, RoyalWall is not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions (for exterior work)
- Unexpected surface conditions requiring additional preparation
- Client-requested changes to the scope of work
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
10. Health and Safety
RoyalWall prioritizes safety and uses low-VOC, eco-friendly materials where possible. However:
- Clients with specific health concerns should inform us before work begins
- Work areas may need to be ventilated during and after application
- Freshly painted surfaces may require 24-48 hours to fully cure
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- The Client should contact RoyalWall in writing within 7 days of service completion
- Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation
- If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California
12. Changes to Terms
RoyalWall reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
