While walk-ins are welcome based on availability, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slot and service provider. You can book appointments through our website, mobile app, or by calling our salon directly.

We understand that plans can change. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. For group bookings or special packages, different cancellation policies may apply.

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty practices. All our in-house products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. We carefully select our product partners who share our values of sustainability and ethical production.

Yes, we offer complimentary samples of many of our products so you can try before you buy. Our beauty consultants can help you select samples based on your skin type and concerns during your visit to our salon.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to complete any necessary paperwork, change into a robe if needed, and relax in our lounge before your service begins.

For most services, comfortable casual clothing is appropriate. For body treatments and massages, we provide robes and disposable undergarments. For hair services, we recommend wearing a top that allows easy access to your neck and shoulders. We also provide lockers to store your personal belongings securely.

Absolutely! You can request a specific therapist or stylist when booking your appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate your preference based on their availability. Many of our clients develop relationships with particular team members who understand their preferences and needs.

We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) within India. Shipping costs vary based on order value and destination. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day. During sale periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. For products that have been opened but caused an adverse reaction, we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion. Sale items are final sale unless defective. Services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with proper notice.
