2.2 Pricing

Fares are calculated based on distance traveled and time taken. Additional charges may apply for special requests, waiting time, or tolls.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or damage the vehicle
• Pay all applicable fares and fees
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Payments

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. All payments must be made in full unless prior arrangements have been made.

4.1 Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made less than 5 minutes before pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

Your safety is our priority. All drivers undergo background checks and vehicles are regularly inspected. However, we cannot guarantee absolute safety and you use our services at your own risk.

6. Liability

TaxiGo is not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses incurred during your journey. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return lost property.

8. Changes to Terms
