Before we begin work on your vehicle, we require your authorization. This may be provided in person, through our website, or via phone. For any additional repairs discovered during service that exceed $100 beyond the initial estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
We provide estimates for all services. However, please understand that estimates are based on visible issues and standard labor times. Additional problems discovered during service may affect the final cost. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the estimated cost.
Diagnostic fees apply even if you decline the recommended repairs. These fees cover the time, expertise, and equipment used to identify issues with your vehicle. Diagnostic results are valid for 30 days.
We will make every effort to complete services in a timely manner. However, completion times may vary based on parts availability, workload, and the complexity of repairs. We will provide an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle.
We recommend scheduling appointments for all services to ensure prompt attention to your vehicle. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. Please provide accurate information about your vehicle and the services needed when scheduling.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee for standard services and a $100 fee for major repairs or services requiring special parts ordering.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the services we can provide that day. Please call if you are running late so we can advise you accordingly.

Our labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
Parts installed by our service center carry the manufacturer's warranty. Most parts are warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some specialty parts may have different warranty terms, which will be disclosed at the time of service.

Vehicles with unpaid balances will not be released. Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days with unpaid balances may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day and possible mechanic's lien proceedings in accordance with state law.
