Royal Events ("we," "us," or "our") provides wedding and event planning services including but not limited to:
All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost to secure your date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future services.
While we coordinate with vendors, final vendor selection and contracts are the client's responsibility unless specified in our agreement.

Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance. We carry professional liability insurance but do not cover client property or venue liabilities.
All designs, plans, and concepts created by Royal Events remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We reserve the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary for event coordination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
