Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Royal Events ("we," "us," or "our") provides wedding and event planning services including but not limited to:

• Traditional ceremony planning (Chhab, Vanarasam, Mehendi, Haldi, Kankupagla)
• Baby shower planning
• Complete wedding coordination
• Venue decoration and setup
• Vendor management

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Reservations

All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost to secure your date.

2.2 Payment Schedule

• 30% deposit upon booking
• 40% payment 60 days before the event
• 30% final payment 14 days before the event

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. A 2.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client Cancellation

• More than 90 days before event: Deposit forfeited
• 60-90 days before event: 50% of total contract
• Less than 60 days before event: 100% of total contract

3.2 Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future services.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about event requirements
• Make timely payments as per the schedule
• Obtain necessary permits and permissions for venues
• Inform us of any changes in event details promptly

5. Vendor Coordination

While we coordinate with vendors, final vendor selection and contracts are the client's responsibility unless specified in our agreement.

6. Liability

6.1 General Liability

Royal Events is not responsible for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party vendors
• Damage or loss of personal property
• Injuries sustained during events
• Events beyond our reasonable control

6.2 Insurance

Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance. We carry professional liability insurance but do not cover client property or venue liabilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and concepts created by Royal Events remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We reserve the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary for event coordination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
