What if the weather conditions aren't suitable?
Safety comes first. If conditions aren't ideal, we'll reschedule your lesson at no extra charge or offer a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.
How fit do I need to be for kitesurfing?
Basic fitness is helpful, but kitesurfing uses technique more than strength. We tailor instruction to your fitness level and physical capabilities.
Can I rent equipment without taking lessons?
Equipment rental requires demonstration of kitesurfing competency for safety reasons. We offer skill assessments for experienced riders from other schools.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your lesson. Within 24 hours, 50% charge applies unless cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 4+ receive 10% discount, and corporate or team-building groups receive custom pricing. Contact us for details.
